Submitted sites will be reviewed for suitable content. In an effort to run a family-friendly site we reserve the right to refuse the submission of any web site, regardless of content. English language primary domain sites will only be approved. Since we can only ship to USA customers, if your site has a large number of non-USA visitors you should consider not applying for a reciprocal link.
Sites with gambling or casino content, cigarette sales, adult products or content, and sites under "construction" will not be considered. We will attempt to notify you by email within a week of your acceptance or rejection.

Our current policy is to list all reciprocal links alphabetically at Smartlipstick.com. Your placement of our reciprocal link will be considered as the deciding factor in your listing on our site.
If you remove Smartlipstick.com's link from your site you will no longer be listed on our site.
